How to Prepare Your Baby's Formula

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilise all bottles, teats, and utensils before use.

Step 2: Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to no less than 70°C. Pour the correct amount of water into the sterilised bottle first.

Step 3: Add the correct number of level scoops using the scoop provided — do not pack or heap the scoop. Refer to the feeding table on the pack for age-appropriate volumes.

Step 4: Cap and shake well until fully dissolved. Cool to feeding temperature under running water, always test the temperature before feeding, and feed immediately. Discard any unused formula within 1 hour of preparation.
