How to Prepare Your Baby's Formula

Step 1: Wash hands and sterilise all equipment following the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 2: Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool. Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of level scoops for the water volume shown on the feeding table (e.g. Birth-1 week: 90ml + 3 scoops, 6 feeds/24hrs; 1-4 weeks: 120ml + 4 scoops, 5 feeds/24hrs; 3 months: 150ml + 5 scoops, 5 feeds/24hrs; 4-5 months: 180ml + 6 scoops, 5 feeds/24hrs; 6 months: 210ml + 7 scoops, 4 feeds/24hrs).

Step 3: Cap and shake well until fully dissolved. Feed immediately. Always test the temperature of the milk before feeding.
