Heinz Smooth 'n' Creamy My First Oat Porridge is a smooth oat porridge with milk and added vitamins and minerals — a simple, wholesome first cereal for babies from 6 months. Made from a blend of oat and hydrolysed wheat flours with skimmed milk and demineralised whey powder, it provides iron for normal cognitive function, calcium for normal bone growth, and vitamin C for immune system support. Contains no added sugar, no palm oil, and no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians.

Easy to prepare — pour approximately 3 tablespoons (20g) of cereal into a bowl, add approximately 4 tablespoons (60ml) of warm water, stir well, and check the temperature before serving. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 4 weeks. Use as part of a varied weaning diet.
