Enriched with iron for normal cognitive function, calcium for normal bone growth, and vitamin C for immune system support, it delivers 12 key vitamins and minerals in a bowl that's as nutritious as it is delicious. Contains no added sugar, no palm oil, and no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Easy to prepare — simply pour approximately 5 tablespoons (30g) of cereal into a bowl, add approximately 6 tablespoons (90ml) of boiled water, stir well, and allow to stand for approximately 2 minutes to cool and soften the pieces before serving.
