How to Prepare Your Baby's Formula (Single-Serve Packets / Tub / Can)

Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm - once prepared, infant formula can spoil quickly.

Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.

Step 2: Pour the desired amount of water into the bottle first, then add the correct number of level scoops of powder (use only the scoop provided).

Step 3: Cap the bottle and shake well until fully dissolved.

Feed immediately, or cover and refrigerate at 35-40°F (2-4°C) for no longer than 24 hours. Do not use prepared formula that has been unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours total. Do not freeze prepared formula. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Never use a microwave to warm formula — serious burns may result.
