bonjela Junior Gel (15g)

Bonjela Junior Gel is a trusted, fast-acting dual-action oral gel formulated to relieve mouth ulcers, minor mouth irritations, and oral discomfort in babies and children from 5 months of age. Its two active ingredients work together to deliver quick, targeted relief: Lidocaine Hydrochloride (0.5% w/w), a mild local anaesthetic that numbs the affected area on contact to ease pain and discomfort, and Cetylpyridinium Chloride (0.025% w/w), a broad-spectrum antiseptic that helps fight bacteria and reduce the risk of infection. The gel has a gentle banana flavour to make application easier for little ones, and starts working quickly on contact with the affected area.

Bonjela Junior is formulated differently from adult Bonjela — it does not contain salicylates, making it safer for use in children. Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to a clean fingertip and gently massage onto the sore area. Repeat after 3 hours if needed, but do not use more than 6 times in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 7 days without consulting a healthcare professional. Not suitable for children under 5 months of age. For external oral use only.
